The FLEET Business Team does a great job in trying to bring the various nodes and groups together, and communicating the work of FLEET members.
I think FLEET has narrowed the gap between the operations team and the researchers. I think there is a 'personal' touch with FLEET's internal communication—it almost feels like home/family.
